Nothing gives you a big scare before your wedding like the wedding venue being under evacuation 3 days before your wedding. The hills behind the venue were on fire and thanks to the amazing firefighters they where able to contain the fire that still went on to burn 90k acres 🙁 Katelyn and Ian wedding was truly amazing.
When I asked Katelyn what her favorite part about her wedding was she said: “My favorite part was how much love I felt surrounding us with our family and friends and how wonderful it was to have everyone there celebrating together.” I also asked if she had any tips for future brides, and she said “My most important tip is to make sure to plan for some calm immediately prior to the wedding. I really was glad that I had a quiet night at the venue with just my sister and could just enjoy the moment and anticipation.
Ian and Katelyn were married at Field and Pond in Winters, CA surrounded by friends and family … and a flower pup Sienna 🙂
